With 20+ years of experience in the live event production industry, Kyle brings a real-world experience to our organization. While he has a great working knowledge of the many disciplines in production, his passion is Lighting and Lighting Design. Kyle has worked previously as a lighting technician, designer and operations director for local production/rental companies, theme parks, and theatre venues. Although relatively new to the manufacturing representation business, he builds on his past experiences and knowledge of our products to provide our clients excellent customer service and technical support. Kyle started Clarity Sales & Marketing in 2016 with retired partner, Jim Tipton (Central Sales & Marketing) before combining into iConic Solutions Group.
Will Seifert
Business Development Specialist & Office Administrator
Will is a graduate from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in Marketing and Communications. He gained five years of experience in corporate sales before joining Audio One Marketing at the end of 2016. Although new to the business, he is a quick learner and has obtained an extensive knowledge of today’s Audio, Video and Lighting industries. He also works with local production companies to gain hands on experience in the industry. From a very young age, Will had a passion for music. For the past 10 years he has played bass guitar in a local band. As Office Administrator he helps oversee operations and is the main sales support contact for iConic Solutions Group and their clients.
Jeff Pavelec

JP comes to us from Paragon 360 where he was a Client Representative. With previous positions at B.C. Electronics and Excellence Marketing, JP has represented several premium AVL manufacturers in the Mid-America territory. JP’s integration experience includes AVL sales, system design and vendor management for houses of worship at Paragon 360 and Stark Raving Solutions across nearly 300 clients all over the US. He has a track record of consistent growth beyond expectations, is an expert relationship builder and is always driven by the vision of his clients. His understanding of the AVL industry from many different perspectives will help iConic Solutions Group continue to provide uncompromised excellence to our partners.
